Indonesian Tourists Who Visits Korea Continue to Increase, Korea Travel Fair 2025 Offers Attractive Promos!
2025-11-25
On November 14, 2025, I visited the "Korea Travel Fair 2025" exhibition organized by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) at Kota Kasablanka Mall, Jakarta. The event runs from November 14 to 16.
Near the mall entrance, a gate displayed with the words "Korea Travel Fair 2025" can be seen, it is the main theme of the event. This exhibition is specifically designed for those planning a vacation to Korea in the near future.
The exhibition was filled with booths from travel agencies, airlines, and Korean province representatives, as well as interactive activity booths for visitors to experience Korean culture. Upon entering the exhibition area, I was immediately greeted by a travel agency booth attendant who handed out brochures.

As I continued walking through the atrium, I explored the booths participating in the exhibition. I saw numerous tour packages with attractive promotions. The travel agency booths displayed brochures offering packages to Korea (6 days/4 nights, Seoul-Busan city tours, winter vacation packages) complete with discounts, discounts, and 0% installments offered during the event. The exhibition also collaborated with one of Indonesian major Bank, which offered cashback of up to IDR 2 million or even IDR 5 million.
There were 10 travel agents participating in the exhibition. When I asked one of them about the offers, they explained that every package booked during the exhibition included several benefits, such as discounts, bonus shopping vouchers in Korea, or hotel upgrades. The stage was also busy preparing for a show called the K-Guess Show Challenge, which involved visitors and Korean culture enthusiasts.

I also stopped by the booths representing the Korean provinces, including Chungnam, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk where I learned about tourist attractions in those provinces, they also gave a small, interesting souvenirs.
Several travel agency booths were seen bustling with people who are interested to have a holiday to Korea. One of the staff members at the travel agency booth I visited said, "Indonesians really enjoy visiting in Korea, that is why every time an exhibition like this happens, it's always crowded, because people want to visit Korea and get promotional ticket prices that are cheaper than usual," he said.

Meanwhile, a staff member from a bank booth collaborating with the event said, "We offer several attractive offers for our customers, such as substantial cashback," he said. During the three-day exhibition, visitors were entertained with various exciting events and activities, such as "Create Your Own K-Pop Persona," "Rubber K-Chain," "Create Your Snow," the Immersive World "Winter Wonderland," a daily Lucky Draw, a talk show with content creators Harival Zayuka and Shadira Firdausi, a cooking demo with Chef Jun and Chef Vania, Korean cultural performances (Janggochum, Hongyeon), Noraebang & Random Play Dance, K-Guess Show Challenge, Dance Showdown, and a performance by singer Feby Putri.

This exhibition was amazing because apart from getting vacation packages at lower prices, visitors can also learn about tourist attractions in Korea through booths representing Korean provinces, enjoy entertainment, and participate in events held on the main stage. Visitors also have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs from participating exhibition booths.
Through this exhibition, I realizes that Indonesian tourists contribute significantly to the annual increase in tourism to Korea. Indonesians' enthusiasm for Korea continues to grow, leading to the Korea Travel Fair's continued annual presence, offering attractive holiday package promotions.
