I've always eaten packaged Kimchi and wanted to try homemade Kimchi, so I sought out this little restaurant that makes takeaway Kimchi. I don't live in Milan so it's hard for me to buy fresh Kimchi. I tasted this Kimchi and found it to be very good indeed.
This Korean food was so delicius (sweet and sour fermented julienned white turnip with beetroot). I use Kimchi very often in my cooking, in the soup and mandu I make at home.Thank you Korea for having such good food.
