The first Saturday in June started with the largest international street food festival, where presentations of individual countries are mainly provided by their embassies, honorary consulates or chambers of commerce.
The eighth edition of the unique Festival of Embassies - Food & Culture took place on the 7h of June in Prague. Despite the pouring rain, the visitors were not less eager to savour the delicacies of different countries and watch the performances.
There was also a constant flow of visitors enjoying Korean dishes. Apparently, the aroma of delicious food made it hard to pass by. I managed to catch a snapshot of the moment when everyone moved to the queue for picking up the food
Fans of Korean culture, particularly the Squid Game series could also purchase Gonggi and Jebi Kicks. And Korean cosmetics lovers could stock up on new face masks
The choice of dishes was so rich that even vegetarians could get full. There were two variants of leek dumplings. Most of all there were fans of spicy sauce. One could also buy some for home
Freshly cooked jeyuk bokkeum served with rice was also a popular choice. That rare moment when I was able to get through the crowd to take a picture.
The freshly made still hot kimchi jeon were a hit. There was also spicy K-chicken a rice wine makgeolli for a full Korean street food experience.
