London is a bustling city full of culture, and luckily for foodies is a Korean dream. Chinatown is brimming with many various Korean restaurants, Supermarkets, and snack vendors for you to spend a whole day trying. For me I love to explore the rich and vast options available, for newcomers to the city or those who need somewhere new to add to their growing list here are the top places to get your Korean food fix. Here is a short list to begin your Korean journey….
Kpop Restaurant
What better idea than combining two of my favorite things, K-pop and Korean food? Kpop restaurant is located just off Oxford Street, ideal to rest those weary legs after shopping. The family ran restaurant is eye-catching from the start, greeted by a cardboard cut out of Jeon Jungkook, along with a wall adorned with BTS. You have the choice to grab food to go or sit and relax downstairs. The restaurant is a cozy downstairs area, decorated with aesthetically pleasing neon lights and a staircase framed in BTS. Food varies in price, with the portions large enough to be transported home!

Little Korea
Located in the heart of Chinatown is Little Korea an authentic Korean restaurant with charm. Although small and quaint the food packs a punch, try the Kim Chi Jeon (Korean Pancake) a reasonably priced and tasty side to share with friends.

Bunsik
You may have seen these corn dogs everywhere or London regulars will see the streets adorned with queues of people for these tasty treats. Bunsik has a variety of corndog treats for you to try and to suit your taste and needs. Located amid Korean beauty shops and supermarkets it's a great stop to grab an on-the-go snack.

Bento Bap
A mix of takeaway, quick bites, and restaurant experiences awaits you at Bento Bap. For those who want a quick bite, the stools are perfect for a quick out-the-way lunch. The bright, warm, inviting restaurant has a great atmosphere with wonderful staff. Try the Gibimpab and the various tasty sides to accompany it. For ARMYS, while the food is good, the eye-catching wall might distract you slightly. Have your photo with your bias and enjoy the numerous K-pop photos located at the back of the restaurant. Bentobap has an indie, youthful atmosphere that is constantly busy so planning is recommended.

Olle BBQ
With the likes of BTS’s Jin, Jungkook, and Jimin known to frequent here during their London trip for the Love Yourself tour the restaurant has the best Korean BBQ. If you aren’t up to BBQ the endless array of choices on the menu is catered for you. In the heart of Chinatown, Olle’s BBQ brings a pure sophisticated traditional restaurant feel to the visit. At the entrance be sure to see who else has visited the restaurant with framed photos and autographs on the walls. If it's good for the A-list of K-pop and sports stars, you’re in for a treat.

If you’re still craving something sweet, or want to try something new. Head to Chinatown which is packed full of places to snack. Explore a little further to Soho and you’ll see Oseyo and Seoul Plaza both Korean supermarkets that cater to everything Korean. Try Oseyo for their fridges of popular Korean desserts such as Mochi, browse the aisles for Rameyon, and stop by the well-stocked Kpop section. Seoul Plaza has an upstairs area for you to take a well-deserved rest after browsing the shops, and the small on-the-go has popular hot snacks.
